Doug Bauckham is the Company's Managing Director and is the Senior Broker and Business Producer travelling extensively to the U. S. A.
Gary Ward started with a Lloyd's broker in 1973 and joined us in 1983. He is a Senior Broker on our American business and travels regularly to the U.S.A. He became a Director of CBB in 1992 and a Director of Corrie Bauckham Batts Holdings Limited in 1999.
Michael Wells, who had also worked with John Corrie at Lionel Sage in the 1950's, became Group Chairman in June 1995.
Adrian Grint joined us in 1983 and became a Director in 1992. He is responsible for our IT Department and for implementing the procedures to meet the rapid changes that are taking place in the electronic handling of business.
David Fox is our Finance Director who started his accounting career in 1970 and has handled Lloyd's brokers accounts since 1973. He joined us in 1980 as Manager of the Accounts Department and he became a Director in 1992.
Derek Perkins is our Claims Director. He started with a Lloyd's broker in 1966 then joined us in 1980 as Manager of the Claims Department and became a Director in 1992. Derek has an extensive experience of claims handling on American business of all kinds and travels frequently to the U.S.A. visiting our clients thus ensuring a good rapport between claims personnel.
Richard Stephens had previously been with the Aegon Insurance Company for some 26 years. Richard joined us as a Director in 1995. He travels regularly to the U.S.A.
Ray Barbieri joined the company in 1994 and is the manager of our binding authority technical department.
Luke Bauckham, who assists Gary Ward, Paul Seymour and Graham Chambers complete the CBB team of brokers.
